Essential oils externally for neck pain ?

Anyone tried essential oils massage for a neck pain ?

Not personally because I cannot bear being touched anywhere due to Hypersensitivity, and my neck pain is due to crushed vertebrae, whiplash and compressed spinal cord.

But if you know what is causing your neck pain, massage is likely to be helpful and you have no allergy issues then I say "go ahead, enjoy!"

Dave.

Have you tried the magnesium lotion on your neck?
Oral magnesium can help too.

I find it very helpful for myself. You just need a little bit on your
fingertip.

Yes I tried the mg lotion, and it didn't help at all. Now I'm trying a roll on which has eucalyptus oil 3.86 % , tea tree oil 4.25 % as active, and olive oil and vanilin as inactive ingredients. But I heard clove oil , peppermint and lavender oil are all good for pain relief ? Can I use the roll on in the morning and evening ( like they suggest on the box ) and use these other ones mixed with a carrier oil around mid day ? Or that's too much of essential oils ?
