Does This Sound Like ALS?

Hey everyone. I have a long story but I'll try to keep it as short as possible. Back in April I experienced some trap/shoulder pain along with tingling and weakness of the right arm. My doctor ordered physical therapy. My symptoms seemed to improve with therapy. I stayed away from weights for a while. Every once in a while I would get tingling weakness in my right when I was active. It would usually go away. After about a month I was discharged from therapy. I would occasionally have issues with my right arm but symptoms would go away. During therapy I would frequently run the bleacher stairs at my high school. A few weeks after therapy I returned to my normal routine at the gym. On Mothers Day the new symptoms arrive. I began getting tightness in the back of my neck, dizziness, hand coordination was terrible, and I began getting heaviness in my right leg. It ached, was stiff, sometimes I could barely walk on it. It went back to my primary care doc and he blew me off. I went to an orthopedic surgeon. He did an MRI of my cervical spine thinking maybe I had a disk issue in my neck. MRI was normal. He referred me to a neurologist. The neuro did his examination and couldn't find any major issues. Maybe just some nerve irritation. He thought maybe I had an onset of MS and ordered an MRI of my brain.

MRI was clean. He said, "You're fine...you have nothing to worry about. Just take it easy." So I went back to my orthopedic doctor. My hand coordination/foogyness subsided a little. He realized my hamstrings were incredibly tight. He said, "This is the tightest I've ever seen." He realized my back muscles were very tight, too. He ordered physical therapy. I went back to the same therapist I went to in April. She was confused by my symptoms. She asked me ALS questions. "Are you having an issues buttoning up a shirt..opening doors..turning keys?" I answered no to them all. She did an exam herself. My leg reflexes were a little brisk. Had me stand on my toes, ECT. All fine. My range of neck has improved greatly with physical therapy. My leg and balance is still off. I went back to my primary doctor and told him what was going on. He seemed a little concerned. Wanted me to continue therapy and recommended me to see another neurologist. He also ordered blood. I'm going to see a neurologist tomorrow. Just recently I've been experiencing a problem with my right hand cramping a little and getting muscle twitches. I'm getting twitches in both legs that are visible. I'm getting twitching all over as well.. which is probably anxiety. I haven't been able to run in over a month because I feel like I might fall over. Walking feels a little awkward sometimes, too. Leg cramping is intermittent but it has felt weak for the most part. A lot of people tell me, "There's NO way you have ALS." They have not done an MRI of my lower spine yet. Does this sound like possible ALS?
