can anyone recommend me neurosurgeon?

Hi all, I was recently diagnosed with syringomyelia and am neurosurgeon shopping. Who is suppose to be the best? I live in NC but I'm willing to travel. I have three kids and am very hopeful to find a surgeon that can help me have the ability to stay active in their lives. Thanks in advance for any advice!!
