Can the Epsom salt lotion be used on the hole body just like a regular body lotion ?

I've tried the lotion on my neck pain didn't help, but the last few days I have some new pain all over, so I was thinking could I use epsom salt lotion on large surfaces ( like my arms and legs ) at the same time ?
( I found some older post in the meantime about this, the answer is, not to use it like the regular lotion ).

The magnesium in this lotion is absorbed.. It should only
Be used in small amounts therefore.
When you use it on larger areas, use about a quarter's
Diameter a day. I rotate areas for the next day.
Divide the quarter's dollop in half and do the knee down.
The next day you can do the arms. I only use a fingertip
Amount for the neck.
The mag will get absorbed and travel all over the body.
If you use too much you can get an overload and
Risk side effects. Tiredness and lowered blood pressure
Are possibilities. People with kidney problems may risk
Possible overdoses as mag is excreted by the kidneys.

try bathing in epsom salts

Much safer to bathe in epsom salts instead. Then you get the relaxation all over. Only 20-40 minutes, up to 1kg. Can mix with plain bath salts or baby oil.

People tend to thinksEpsom salts are benign. One can overdose if exceeding the amounts recommended by package instructions.
