waiting on appeal Council

do anyone have any ideal, what is the likelihood of me getting a new Alj if my appeal is granted, it has been about 11 months I'm still waiting to hear back from the AC.

It is my belief that you would be sent back to the same ALJ if appeal is granted by the council.

Unless, YOU have moved to another area or the ALJ has moved to another area.

Generally speaking, the first 2 remands go to the same ALJ. ALJs do retire and get sick.

If you're given the option for a video conference ALJ hearing, that would give you a new ALJ as well.

Or, you can always move...
