Wondering...

I've between having a lot of neurological symptoms lately and have been seeing many doctors. Have had what I thought were heart issues( cleared by cardiologist) headache since January (never goes away but flares to being awful at some points) twitching, tingling, burning, numbness, pain in my neck, back, and shoulders, and so many more. Have finally made my way to a neurologist. They have done a head MRI and a cervical spine MRI. There is a 4mm herniation, a few small annulus tears and slight disc bulging, and a hemangioma on the anterior of my t2. My neurologist says that 4mm is not enough to be chiari but my symptoms continue to get worse. I've had to stop doing hair (I'm a cosmetologist) and am so tired and weak all the time, not to mention the pain...... They have put me on gabapentin 900mg a day (up from just 100mg a day) and have some relief from the minor symptoms but none from the ones that really bother me. I'm trying to find a neurosurgeon to consult with but am waiting to set my Dr again for a referral. Can this be chiari with only 4mm herniation?
