Recommendation for Pain Doctor outside of Boston, MA

I am a new member. I have a sweat test scheduled in Sept. I am sure I have SFN. I am on Gabapendine 400mg 3 times a day. I am increasing the dosage slowly. So painful on scalp, face, eyes, arms and legs.

I need pain management doctor outside of Boston (Central MA). I can travel little further to see a good doctor.

Is skin biopsy necessary for diagnosis? I went to Mass General and Neuromuscular Dr is only doing Sweat Test for now.
