Pycnogenol back in 1995 got me off all allergy/sinus drugs. But, the main reason I got on it, we were told it "may" prevent cancer...so far so good. Took "P" for a whole year. I take mostly grape seed extract now for 19 yrs. I still buy "P" and may start adding 50mg daily for a while. I use swanson brand as it's most affordable for me.

Do your research, I've done mine for years.
