Welcome!

At first, when you are diagnosed with a neuro disease, you are scared stupid!...correct that! BEYOND STUPID! You do not know what to say, the questions to ask, or what all is going on with you! You probably want answers yesterday. That can't happen until: A] you read all the different sections here about a mind-boggling jumble of neuro issues, and B] read some of the info 'stickies' -meaning things to keep at the top of each section. Those are a conglomerate of some important information about each neuro category...
Of course, reading it all, may leave you far more confused than you began! But, now, you know there are a whole lot of folks who are afraid and timid to post publicly on boards. And that there are others who have overcome that.
Honestly I was that way once. I read all I could about all I could, I almost directed getting the right diagnosis because I learned soo much from good folks here [not really, This sort of place only reinforced my own instincts AFTER my diagnosis, as I wasn't web-conversant at the time]. I have learned lots from all the good people here, I hope you can as well.
One thing missing from your post tho, is what are your issues/pains/problems?
Please, do not be shy, speak up. I don't know of many here who would 'bite' or put-down any soul coming for help. They help here in more ways than can be measured!
