most prob. Remember Carey has the keyboard player from Ritchie Blackmores Rainbow. Carey went on to form the band Planet P before embarking on a solo career . Versatile musician with roots towards progressive , rock and pop.

Had to check back on the Timeline as Blackmore changed line-ups more than he changed his socks, but I must say Rising (on which he featured) is probably the greatest Rainbow album.

I have no idea how many times I saw Rainbow live in the '70s. The performance at the Rainbow Theatre, London was the best.
