Anyone know of any Maryland Drs who are multi strategic and successful in treating cprs?

I live in Maryland and I use Dr Violetta Rus at the University of Maryland, she's a Rheumatologist. She diagnosed the RSD. But she farmed me out to a pain specialist. Today I went to National spine & pain center in Belair md and saw Dr Fang who also knows RSD well but right away they push the spine injections and I'm not a fan. I need to see about more info on it..good luck!

Dr Vajira Gunuwardane (Dr G) as we all call him. Hes a great PM, I personally have not gone to see him, however I did work with a lot of his patients when I used to work and my PT consults with him often along with his partner Dr Hugo Torres, they both treat RSD and there both fantastic drs.

I went to National Spine and Pain in Greenbelt and they are the same way. First they pushed the drugs, then they pushed the injections, and when I asked about topical treatment they look at me like I have 3 heads. Of course no one there or anywhere else has mentioned a single thing about diet, mental health, etc.

I don't expect anything better anywhere else though...
