advancing pain and numbness

3 years after my surgical miscue which caused my right side pain and my left side numbness, both seem to be increasing.

My knee pain is one thing, but my left fingers, hand and forearm numbness seem to be increasing also. Right now I can't feel my entire thumb and it's moving up my arm.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what they've done

When you say numbness, what type of feeling are you describing? Tingling/pins and needles type, loss of light touch sensation, loss of pain sensation, loss of temperature sensation, or all of the above?

Just wondering if this is more of a nerve compression thing, rather than some type of nerve disease.

It is all of the above as a result of a "nicked" nerve during a c5/c6-c6/c7 surgery.

It just seems to be getting worse 3 years after the fact. I am using my legs a little more at work than I have been and maybe that's the case. I am considering a SCS trial to see if that helps.
