This is great

Thanks for this reminder about re-alignment.I needed a kick up the backside.
Never been switched off mentally enough to succeed at yoga but will make a huge effort to stick with this.
A while ago I practiced Pilates and it was terrific for a number of reasons;

1. Was gentle enough not to jar my aching limbs but was powerful enough to strengthen lower back.
2.Literally helped to uncurl my spine and as stated...re-align everything.
3.Great for a toned backside girls. [since not doing it my butt is on the floor. In fact... I can sweep my kitchen floor with it. :eek: Hey ! Now there`s an idea.

Great prod in the right direction Tena. XXX
