Does anyone have any experience with personal injury legal from a concussion that never heals? Not caused by a car accident.

Personal injury law suits can often take years. mTBI could be longer as attorneys argue back and forth. Different courts can also take longer than others.

The longer it takes, the less the defendant can claim you will recover more.
