Hello.
Do you sometimes feel pressure on chest or in the upper stomach? Can this be anxiety? Or autonomic neuropathy? I was affraid of heart attack ao I went to er. Tests were ok. It is like i can not breath ok becauase od the pressure but i breath normaly. It is just a feeling...

When you are pregnant, all sorts of discomforts appear. GERD is quite common as the baby gets larger. Not eating right before bed, may help. If you have a hiatal hernia that has not been diagnosed it can get worse during pregnancy as the baby pushes it up into the chest at times.

Gas can be trapped too, and give alarming pain and pressure symptoms.

I think you should discuss this at length with your OB doctor.
