Stress!!!!!

Darn it, but I am so easily stressed. And I just can't handle it anymore.

For instance the whole time I had tetanus and no money the utility company threatened every single month to shut me off...

for me, no light was no balance, due to my brain injury and nerve damage, so it was extremely frightening and stressful.

Well, recently they shut me off. They wouldn't give me a day to transfer money. That was back when it was in the 20s at night. I didn't have phone, either, without electric...

so after I survived... I decided to get solar. :)

It makes me feel good to know I have power now that won't be shut off.
:)

Want to see how it looked going in?

Hey, Karen http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/11/11_2_104.gif

Long time, no read!!

That setup looks pretty darn magnificent. Looks like you're way ahead of the rest of the country. We should all be using wind and solar as much as possible.

Good job.

Glad to see you're kicking ... Hugs.

Hi Karen

I am glad that you now have solar. Not only are you helping save the Earth, but you'll save on electric as well.

I have a question for you,did you erect the panels on the cabin? Did you build the Gaiam cabin?

Hi, I just found this post... sorry it took me so long...

The "kit" I ordered came with the "rack" to put the panels on a pole... I had to buy a quarter inch thick galvanized steel pole, and that's what the pictures show being put in... in the thunder, rain and lightening.

:)

Hi Cat,

I went to the link but didn't see "pyroluria" --

What is it?

I do most of the things on the site... I eat brown rice which appears to heal my gastro intestinal system in a big way. And, it has been great in helping me lose weight. I can't stand to weigh myself because I become obsessed, but I have been measuring my waist and I've lost over ten inches.

(But still have another ten to go.)

I can't always exercise because if I'm falling a lot then I stay in bed to avoid an injury.

Getting the solar has been a huge help because it eliminated one whole huge threat. Which reminds me that my tinnitus isn't very bad right now. I got the tinnitus when the utility company was threatening me when I didn't have any money and I had a medical certificate on file but they still threatened to shut me off every month...

Now I can feel more secure. Though I have to figure out heat before this winter.

Thank you for writing. :)

Hi considerthis
Go back on the site then click on health topics (on the left) scroll down and click on pyroluria. If you google it you will come up with more info. Its a deficiency of b6 and zinc.
