Neurogenic bladder dysfunction
I've got it. Going to the urologist this morning so I don't have time to go into details but what I want to ask is:
who here has this and how do you handle it? Thank you. BTW my main symptom is urinary retention upon awakening. Once I get it going I'm ok for the day. |
I believe males have a totally different set of bladder or urine flow issues from females.
Yours could be 1) overactive sphincter which needs to be relaxed, or 2) Prostatic hypertrophy, 3) males have that constriction which closes off the bladder during sex and ejaculation...so there is a point where this may be overactive. Most women have the reverse, overactive bladder with a short urethra means pressure and loss of control. |
