Question about brain chemistry (Schizo-affective)
 

I had about a month and a half of delusions (psychosis) this last spring. Drs. think it is schizo-affective disorder. I have occasional delusions still. Meds have helped a lot-abilify.

I was wondering if the schizophrenia could be causing some problems with the brain chemistry causing my lack of recovery this past year.

I'm wondering if any labs would help. Neurotransmitter testing is of interest to me.

I realize this is a PCS and TBI forum, but any help would be appreciated.
