Had anyone worse symptoms after pregnancy than befor

Yes. I always had a rheumatological problem prior to pregnancy but it was easily managed with ibuprofen and did not really cause too many problems. I had my first and only child a few years ago and within 6 months I developed neuropathy hell throughout, awful stomach problems, severe anxiety - now eased off- psoriasis, rashes, and its just all progressed like wildfire since then which was 2 years ago.
I'm no expert but if yours is related to autoimmunity that could explain why it worsened. I understand that the immune system calms right down during pregnancy to protect the foetus and can bring remission like I had. Maybe after that a dramatic change in hormone levels ramps things up. It did my autoimmunity no good at all. Hormones must have a lot to do with it for some of us.
