She has no affiliation with social security other than assisting patients who cannot pay for treatment. I have tried repeatedly to contact my reviewer. I've left messages but no response. If a non attorney rep wrote that out I'd be very concerned about how much experience they have.
Did you apply online? Applicants can check their status online,but you'll definitely receive written notification when you're approved or denied.
Adjudicators can be very busy and might not be great about returning general calls. If you have any new medical documents since you applied, you might want to make sure they're submitted. Depending on when your stroke was, SS is most concerned about your function at the one year mark I believe.
