Concussion problems

Hi guys my name is junior and I have had my share of concussions. I am 24 years old and have done every extreme sport out the but my 2 biggest growing up were motocross and football.. I was a extremely stubborn kid so I only went to the doctor for the first few concussions I had.. My last one was the scariest because after I crashed my dirt bike I had a blind spot in my right eye and would constantly get bloody noses for about 30 days then everything healed. After I thought everything healed I started noticing small things like memory loss and other things like when I shook my head no I could feel my brain shake and I would get instantly dizzy and some cases throw up. This was in 2012.. Still to this day I have the same problems but yesterday I was playing with my son and I was playing dead and he jumped on my head and instantly I knew I suffered another concussion... I couldn't eat or sleep and my brain is constantly throbbing. What should I do other then the obvious see a doctor which I am doing in October. I have had 13 concussions including this one and I'm starting to feel like I can't move my head without getting dizzy or it hurting. Please and thanks for advice.
