Bromelain, turmeric, quecertin

Hi

I am already taking A curcumin supplement but want to add bromelain and quecertin. I see combos by companies like NOW do a bromelain/ quecertin combo.. Is it any good? Should I take them seper steely? Which brands? Anybody get results from taking these? Anybody taking these but aren't sure if it's doing anything? How long have you taken them?

Are you using an optimized form of curcumin?

If not, don't count on much of it being absorbed.

What exactly is an optimized form of curcumin, and what should you look for when buying it? (what would the label say)

I recently started taking curcumin and seem to be having some improvement (but too soon to tell if I'm really improving or just part of my ongoing roller coaster ride of improving and worsening symptoms)

The new optimized have nano technology in them.
LongVida is now licensing to other companies, like NOW.
This form is much more soluble and was used in the studies showing promise for fighting inflammation.

This link shows some of the brands out now.

I use the CurcuBrain one, once a day.

OK, Thanks. It gets so hard to figure out what supplements to take and at what dosage. Then you throw in all the various forms that are available for each supplement, and it makes your head spin............

I agree! I keep thinking I'm doing something right with supplements only to find out I'm not! Thank goodness for mrs D :)
