Here is a thread I started on Sphingolin and Inosine for nerve meyelin sheath damage. I've used 2 months of Sphingoln and on a 3rd month of Inosine. The nerve pain burn/tingle I ended up with from hip replacement is about gone. I just ordered a new bottle of Sphingolin as it could help with the BURN in my lower back...can't hurt as I see it. Sphingolin is also recommended for MS.

I buy both these from pureformulas and they are really good prices and free shipping...

Do your own research, but two supplements I would recommend right off the bat for their believed neuroprotective effects are omega 3s and R-Liploic-Acid.

You can see in my signature how much I take of each and other things I'm taking or doing to help. My neuropathy has improved since last year. It's still there, but more tolerable.

That's how mine started. I wish it had stayed there. The tens machine is great and toe separators both helped a great deal.

Just two cents worth about Mortons Epsom Salt Lotion. If your tender feet is feeling like it is skin deep, this stuff allowed me to use bedsheets again.Good Luck, Ken in Texas.

I just added a separate post to get information on the "Tens machine." Hopefully both of our questions will get answered.
