Super Temporal Artery

Hello I am new to the forum and joined to research a recent injury.
This week I got creamed by my boyfriends elbow in left cheekbone. My head and his arm were going two different directions on impact. Immediately the pain was excruciating just in front of my left ear. I felt pain run to my left temple, down into my left neck and shoulder and then a pain in left chest for a bit.
Almost immediately I couldn't keep my eyes open and after hours ...and icing my cheek, I was very lethargic, my eyes kept closing as I was standing and talking, I could barely open my mouth to eat a sandwich and my face felt so limp like it was going to slide off of me.

I seem much better after three days and made sure that I stayed awake that day. I am still noticibly lower on energy than usual, I still have the heavy eye sydrone somewhat, but have had a couple of migraine headaches which came during heavy lifting movements. THIS has me concerned as I have seen where the Superficial Temporal Artery can be damaged and cause issues with aneurysms, weeks or months later.
Should I still go get checked out even though it has been several days? If so, would a family doctor be sufficient, or should I go to some specialist and possibly request a CT Scan?

Any info greatly appreciated as I have no insurance and haven't ben to a doctor in years.

It could be a concussion, I think I would get it checked by a MD at the very least, then if they feel more testing is needed they will refer you..
