It's getting colder and I still can't wear shoes!! Help!!
So I have been dealing with drug induced PN for 6 months. My doctor has me in lyrica and said it could take up to 18 months to go away. The pain I get when I wear shoes is unbearable. I don't know what to do. It is getting colder and I can't wear my sandals any longer. Any suggestions??
Thanks! |
I have terrible trouble with shoes and socks too because of the level of pain. This winter (Southern hemisphere )I tried Ugg boots with firm orthotics inside. It was definitely better than sandals which is all I had the previous winter. I hope you can find some solutions that work for you. All the best ( :

If you try our Search feature, using "shoes" as a keyword, you'll

I have a problem with pants also. My right foot is very sensitive and when the pant leg touches that foot the pain sends me through the roof. I try to wear capris all year long but when I absolutely can't because of the cold I have to roll the right pant leg up which isn't very appealing. So it goes for us ! Take care. Debi from Georgia |
I think you roll up that pant leg as a gang sign.. ;)

Thanks Jon
