Laser treatments for SFN

Hello,
Anyone able to share some of their experiences?
I am thinking of buying an in home one.
Did anything work for you at Chiropractor or Physical therapy for SFN?

how ever a Tens unit worked for my knees. Specifically a fiery inflammation in the joints. Good Luck, Ken in Texas.

I purchased a 10 unit and it works for me especially with the twitching. I haven't tried anything else at the chiropractor that I would purchase.
