I Need your help please ...
Hi everybody
I just came back from a hairdresser and feel terrible. It all started with the hairdresser shampooing my hair way too aggressively. I started panicking but I believe I calmed myself down quickly. Then he used a towel to dry my hair which was really aggressive again. i don't think any hairdresser I've been to has ever shaken my head that badly... I am really scared that he has done some kind of damage :( I have really bad brain fog right now, fell dizzy and have a slight headache. I hope that it is just anxiety but I'm just not sure... Could he have caused damage when he was so aggressive? Thanks for your help :) |
If you ever have a concern like this , please speak up to the person right then, or even better before they even start working on you.
But I'm very sure no real damage was done , you probably got tensed up and need to do some relaxation and diaphragmatic breathing.. If you have neck/muscle issues, it might have stressed those so a warm shower or heating pad might help too. I don't think it could have done any damage...the head is a pretty tough area really.
Anxiety is a buggar though..a very good imitator. Find a distraction and you will feel better soon...remember it takes awhile for the symptoms of anxiety to cal. Down when we finally have things under control so give it a chance to settle. Bud |

I know that it has been a huge problem for me since my bad concussion. Try to relax and let any of the symptoms pass. There definitely wasn't any damage. |
Seth,
I think u are correct about a 2 becoming an 11 out of 10.. funny in a way. Bud |
