Central apnea-should I worry?

I've been using an auto CPAP machine for about three months for obstructive sleep apnea. Recently, the machine's website changed and I can now see how many obstructive and central apneas I have each night. I always have 2 or 3 central apneas, but last night I had 11. That seems like a lot to me. Should I be worried? I recently started taking Gralise for my trigeminal neuralgia and have had excessive sleepiness and dizziness from it. Could it affect my breathing at night? Should I call my doctor? Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks, Cheryl

Yes, do tell your doctor. Gabapentin is
Known to affect breathing in some people.

Thank you, Mrs. D. I just tried to call my doctor's office, but they didn't answer the phone and I didn't feel like talking to a machine. I'll try again later. Thanks!
