pushing manual wheelchair ok?

Hello,
I've had PCS on and off for the last 14 mos. or so due to three mild concussions, and I was wondering, if I eventually bought a manual wheelchair for my POTS, would it be all right for me to push myself? I know it's not recommended for people with PCS to lift weights, and I have virtually no upper body strength so it would be quite a strain for me to push myself at first.
If I wanted to get one in future, how long should I wait? I'm not in a rush; I'm just thinking for the future. Thanks!

There is no reason for you to avoid some exercise. Lifting weights can be a problem because it can cause very tense neck muscles that, for some, can lead to headaches.

If there is an exercise that you can do without causing headaches or other symptoms, you can do it.
