What is this
 

So I had very slight PCS with symptoms that were pretty much gone. My initial concussion was mild. About 4 days ago I felt extremely good, as if all my symptoms were gone. Then randomly, I pick up my pillow from one of the ends, and the other end seems to hit me right in my head. I'm thinking nothing is going to happen at all, but some symptoms seem to return (nausea and my emotions feeling weak and scattered) , as well as some soreness on the side of my head. The soreness goes away after 2 days, and 2 days later I am still left with symptoms of nausea and my emotions feeling weak. How and why is this happening? Is it something serious? Thanks

This is usually an anxiety reaction. Help with anxiety would be beneficial. Anxiety can cause the original symptoms to be remembered and to manifest as if they are real.

Even with the soreness on the side of my head? It was an actual small bruise/bump. So if I touched it it would hurt or if I tried to sleep on that side of my head it would hurt. Thanks for your answer.

The bruised nerve ending in the many layer of skin and tissue on the side of your head can take months to heal and be sensitive during those many months. It can take very little contact to re-injured those bruised nerves. This is not related to a brain injury. This is on the outside of the skull.
