Alfalfa and Numbness
What I seem to have left from the nerve damage is numbness, my thigh is about 80% numb. In doing research I found info on Alfalfa (chlorophyll) and am on a Solgar Alfalfa 600mg tablet, 3 tabs daily. I'm only on this alfalfa about a week and plan to take the whole bottle. One could eat alfalfa sprouts daily but that isn't going to happen. I like the sprouts but no desire to go the market daily for a supply. So this is my best bet right now.
http://www.howtohealstuff.com/how-to...omment-page-1/ Years ago I took some alfalfa for arthritic issues but didn't continue with it. That was long before the hip replacement "mess". I continue with the P5P, Benfotiamine and know the Inosine & Sphingolin I took for 3 months ridded me of the burning and of course my grape seed extract. |

Interesting info. I wonder if it would be helpful with small fiber nerve damage? |
Patrick, I don't know for sure about this alfalfa but I have realized for the last 3 nights the toe pain/burn isn't happening. This has been going on since about Sept and it hit me it hasn't happened for a few nights now since on alfalfa. Time will tell if it continues. 1 bottle of this solgar product is close to 3 months worth.
I just found this Auyrevedic oil and I'm thinking on it. Good for arthritis and neuropathy is mentioned too: Mahanarayan Oil |
