My device is the Precision brand. It has a rechargeable battery pack, and outer and inner device, and remote.

My husband jokes that when I am nagging he will just turn up the remote to shut me up - No offense please, it is all in GREAT humor.

How do this device differ from yours if you don't mind me asking?

I had a trial stimulator on for 3 days and I had trouble sleeping those three days because I was worried about accidently pulling the leads(cords) out. It worked well enough that the doctor decided to go ahead and put the permanent spinal cord stimulator in. I had to see a psychiatrist before they put the permanent stimulator in and everything I went through was and is normal so they went ahead a put it in. I have the one that is by medtronics and it is the one that I have to go in every 3-5 years for a battery change. I can control when it is on, off, pulse is high or low, and strength of pulse. It does help, but as time goes on I don't know how well it will work so as I am having more and more pain as the rsd slowly progresses.
