Latest bloods more questions than answers

My GP got results from bloods taken at LP.
My fluid was bloody, which is hardly surprising considering the difficulty obtaining it. No infection or virus in it.
I have low RBC which I have been on iron for month for.
I have a low WBC - neutropenic that needs monitoring and is possibly drug induced.
My ATTP or APPT ( can't remember) is high, means it takes longer to clot.
I'm on 100 mg of lyrica twice a day and I take solpadol ( paracetamol 500/ codeine30) 2 of, upto 4 times a day. I only take them when I absolutelt have to as I don't like taking meds very much!
If I have to come off the meds then I don't know how I will cope, I'm struggling with this particular idea.
I always go for an appointment for one thing and come away with another.
I'm at macs facs on the 10th for facial nerve pain following being headbutted by a child earlier this year. I'm dreading it incase they find something else.
Anyone know of supplements that can support my immunity and clotting?
I'm tired of feeling run down and tired and it wouldbe easier to cope with pain and discomfort without resorting to drugs.

The key nutrients for blood support in addition to the iron you take, are B12, Folate, B6, copper, zinc and vitamin D3 and K2. Find out if they checked the B12, folate and D3. They should have tested those at a minimum.

If your clotting time are off, you may be deficient in vitamin K1. I assume your platelet count is normal?
