Nausea

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the place to ask this but it seemed the most suitable."
Last week I hit my head (right side of my forehead) somehow after a night of drinking and ever since I've felt a bit nauseas.
It's not throw up nauseas but it's stil quite a bother, should I let myself get checked or is that only usefull shortly after the trauma happened?
Also I'm not sure if the bump on my head caused it or that I'm falling a bit ill but since I did hit my head it offcourse immediately crossed my mind.

Thanks for hearing me out.

Tim,

Welcome to NeuroTalk.

If the minor nausea is your only problem, I suggest you just watch carefully. If it gets worse, then see a doctor. If other symptoms manifest, like extreme headache, difficultly balancing or with motor control, get to a doctor. An urgent care clinic is usually good enough. No need for the ER unless you start to vomit or get extreme symptoms like the extreme headache, balance, etc. If that happens, have someone drive you.

Most like, this symptom will start to fade over the next week or two.

Hi Mark, thanks a lot for the reply as a stuborn man I don't like going to the doctor for minor issues that fix themself over time, I will keep what you said in mind :winky:
