Mix of herbs

Hi!

I'm thinking about doing a energy drink that will contain different kind of herbs, and I would like to know what your thoughts are. Are some dangerous to mix or are some ingredients a waste to mix with eachother?

Here is the list of herbs:
Maca (raw)
Graviola
Rhodiola
Ashwagandha
ECGG
Guarana
Panax Ginseng
Huperzine A
DMAE
CoQ10(ubiquinone)
L-theanin
L-tyrosine
L-Pehnylalanine
Acetyl-L-Carnitine

Thanks in advance.

There are a lot of good ingredients but a good amount of herbs that can raise blood pressure. If you blood pressure is in good place, then you can give it a try.

Personally I wouldn't drink this as I deal with elevated blood pressure. C

Hi Alzie,
I am not sure everything you listed will be in the database but there is a site called www.drugs.com and a section called "interactions checker".
You can list what you take and it will show interactions. It is not just for prescription meds. I find many vits and supps and herbal sups I take are in it.

Welcome and good luck with the research on energy drink ingredients,
Diandra

Hi again, thought I'd post what I take for Energy Lift. I, most days, 2 tsp in a day. In the morning and later in the afternoon. I mix it in water or liquids I drink.

Most of that stuff seems alright. I don't know why they haven't tried to add N acetyl cysteine or Glycine to energy drinks yet, because mainly because supposedly NAC is supposed to be helpful in Long covid, and glycine alongwith it helps absorption of the NAC.

I would take an energy drink you like (say a redbull sugar free) and then add a few things you like to it. That may make it easier.
