I have NOT had a headache in 20 yrs
 

and never had a migraine. I've been taking Grape Seed Extract for 20+ yrs and my allergy/sinus issues are history. Have not taken a drug for these in these 20 yrs...prior to grape seed extract -- Yes and allergist injections, etc. and Never getting help.

I just did a little google on Migraines and Grape Seed Ex and came up with this latest info with some reviews. There may be more info but I didn't look further.

My aunt had migraines and I was a young kid but know no one else personally who gets migraines.

Rule out your eyes. If there is a misalignment that your eyes have been over compensating for for so many years, muscles may have finally given out and can lead to headaches. Look up ** binocular vision dysfunction. they have a screening test too** worth a shot!
