Plane Flight

My plane flight, which I had been anxious about went better than antitipated. Since initially concussed, I have had constant tiniitius. On the plane ride my ears felt like they were going to explode during altitude changes, very painful.

Also we encountered some moderare turbulence, and I felt like I was shaken quite a bit. The landing also felt extremely rough, though I know it wasn't. I'm worried that this flight has hurt my brain. The shaking felt like a bumpy car ride.

Just looking for someone to provide an opinion, and some info about the ear stuff.

Thanks in advance

if your ears or nose are constantly congested and you have migraines , sensitivity to bumps its coming from your neck.
you might be suffering from Barre Liou Syndrome wich mimicks post concussion syndrome.. its from your C1/C2 upper neck ligaments..
bumpy car rides are a nightmare for me too. sometimes it feels like my brain moves and slashes against my skull. its due to weak neck ligaments and muscles , thats why your head is not properly sitting on your neck.. also your automonic nervous system can

The shaking or landing of a flight does not cause enough force to cause an injury. It is less than 1 G. If it was more than 1 G, passengers would be bouncing off the ceiling. If turbulence shoot the plane violently for an extended period, say 5 to 10 minutes continuously without a break, it might cause a headache. Neck related likely.
