A happy Christmas story

Rainbow Springs in Rotorua has hatched its 1500th Kiwi chick :).

Especially pleasing as I am one of many folk who help them out by giving them a bit of money.

Awesome namesake Kiwi,

S/he is quite sturdy at 305g, thats almost 11oz.
