Newbie Intro, sort of...

Hi All~~I've been a member of NT for several years, but haven't felt much need to post until recently. I learned here that my sleep disorder (periodic limb movement/severe RLS) was neurological in nature and have been on clonazepam for quite some time, with much success, maybe. The clonazepam and being in psychotherapy since August have brought up a whole bag of new issues. I'm hoping to get back into the fray of investigating my own problems and offering insights to others. ;)
