Workers Comp Payment Delays
 

Have any of you had a similiar experience with w/c. I am suppose to be getting a check every 2wks. Sometimes it is 1 to 2 months before i get one. They usually back pay me and get my payments up to date but is there anything that can be done to make them send them every 2 wks like they are suppose to. It gets very frustrating not knowing if one is ever going to show up or not. Needless to say it gets me way behind on bills and such having to wait not to mention the waiting and not knowing drives me nuts.

Hello; The only suggestion I might have is to write a letter to your casemanager> Tell him about the hardship late payments cause. Be very polite, and ask if it be possible for him to reply with a letter. You might say it's because of medications making you forgetful, that is why you would like the response in writing.
