Dropping objects NTOS

Hi guys,
How common it is to drop objects for NTOS? Anyone facing problems in holding pen down the line of disease progression?

Yes dropping things is very common.
The nerves are affected up in the neck/chest/shoulder areas, and that will affect all down the arm.. sometimes it will start in the hands then problems travel up to the neck..

The nerves control the muscles, it often is a big problematic circle.
- nerves affect muscles but muscles can also impinge on the nerves, so finding what the main culprit is can be very frustrating.
