Dizziness induced when straining eyes to look up?

Ever since the June 2014 ceiling head bump referenced in my signature I've had fairly mild, spinning dizziness when lying down with my eyes closed. This is probably my least problematic symptom, so I haven't given it much thought, although its frequency does generally seem to track overall how I'm feeling. Cranial-sacral work on my neck seemed to help it as well.

I just discovered that I can induce this feeling if I close my eyes and look up with my eyes only as hard as I can. It doesn't seem to happen looking in other directions. Anyone have any clue what this might mean, if anything? Vestibular therapy is one of the (admittedly few) therapies I haven't tried, given I haven't really had balance problems. My NPA (and just my experience) indicate deficits with visual information processing, for which I've been getting vision therapy.

Could I have an undiagnosed vestibular dysfunction that's contributing to my visual symptoms and/or literally constant headaches? The start of this dizziness did coincide with a significant increase in visual information processing deficits (both, as far as I can tell, brought on by the ceiling head bump). Or is this just some weird quirk and I should ignore it, like I have been my dizziness?

Anyone else experience this with eye strain?
