Hi all.

My friend just got some samples from her gym. Two boxes, 10 fizzy things in each box. I looked up the ingredients. Two hit me right off the bang, caffeine and aspertame.

Don't know what you all think about this but I'm not taking it.

Just wanted to share. You probably have had this mentioned on this forum before. They are putting aspertame in everything.

I wouldn't take them...one has to read labels and hopefully people are "in the know" about the neurotoxins. I get my caffeine in 2 cups of coffee daily.
