Can pcs all of a sudden cause fatigue after 14 months?

Recently I've been getting really tired after doing not very much physically. Generally since getting pcs I've had no trouble with physical stuff, going for walks or working has not affected my symptoms. These days however, I've been feeling really exhausted. I will say I've had some kind of virus, chest infection for a few weeks now, but I'm starting to think that this is connected to my injury.

Does pcs get worse after 14 months?

Fatigue was never an issue before.

I suspect much of your fatigue is linked to a prolonged immunological response to your infection. On top of this, any lingering PCS may certainly exacerbate it. However, the fact that you're able to tolerate a lot of activity may suggest your PCS isn't a major factor.

My guess would be with some rest and the infection resolving, you'll find your fatigue diminishes.

I'm may go to the docs and see if I need a dose of antibiotics in that case. This thing has been doing the rounds here.
