My Mother in law

My mother in law is 99 yrs old and has been on Hospice now for awhile.
She is home and we actually had a nice visit on Tuesday so I was a little surprised to learn tonite the hospice nurse said her death would be within days.

She has been a wonderful mother to five children and a delightful mother in law.
I will miss her dearly. Despite having 3 daughters, she has always treated me like a beloved 4th.

We'd all be grateful if prayers were said for her passing to be peaceful, without suffering and surrounded by love....on both sides.
Thanks friends.
My heart is breaking a little bit tonite.
D.

Thank you dear friends.

What an extraordinary place NT is.
Love, D.

Sounds like one awesome lady :)

Having a great mother-in-law is just priceless isn't it ?

"Granny" was the only one I ever had and she taught me so many things. She was a very calm person. Nothing much ever seemed to bother her and she never talked bad about anyone (lol...except one person) that I can remember.

I'm praying for you and your family. And I can promise you that the family gone on before her will be waiting with open arms.

Diandra,

Your MIL sounds like a dear lady. I can feel the love just reading your note. I am sure she feels it too. I hope she passes in peace and comfort.

Sending thoughts of healing,

D, I'm so glad to read you had a lovely visit with her. Your mother in law must be at peace within herself if she is so restful. My grandma died at 101 many years ago now, but she went peacefully into the night with no awareness it was coming. I pray your beloved mother in law goes just as peacefully. Love and hugs and lighting a candle for her now xxx:hug:

MIL passed....

Friends, thanks for your prayers, love and support.

My lovely mother-in-law passed away today.

Her wonderful caregiver called my husband at work and said, I think she is close to passing.

My husband, Buck, got there in time to hold her hand and tell her we all loved her and she passed holding his hand. Can't ask for a more beautiful way to go.

Again, thanks....I can't begin to tell you how much your support has helped me.
Love, D.

Hi D,

Sad news, but pleased that Buck got there in time to say goodbye from all of you.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time.

Dave.

Hi D, how wonderful of that caregiver to contact you. As hard as it must have been for Buck, your mother in law will have felt his loving presence as she crossed over into the afterlife. My sincere condolences to you and yours and I wish you much love and strength as you face these coming weeks with all that loved ones passing brings.
