acupuncture

did a couple of sessions, after the last session my symptoms seemed to have increased drastically.. anyone else experience this? the acupuncturist says this is normal but i'm curious to hear other's experiences and whether it's worth continuing or stopping it.

Your experience is common. Acupuncture helps some and has had a negative impact on others. Research shows no consistent value for PCS although it helps some with headaches.

so it will continue to cause my symptoms to get worse or will it get worse for a couple of sessions and then actually be helpful?

that is: are the first couple of sessions indicative of acupuncture value for me?

I think for any condition, take it session by session , decide if you feel it is, or is not worth it .
I don't think anyone can predict how it will work , too many variables..
