Vitamin Regimen Advice

The minimal starting point is usually considered to be B-12 (1000 to 2500 mcgs of methycobalamin), a B-50 Complex, D3, calcium with magnesium (not mag oxide) and Omega 3 fish oil with good amounts of DHA and EPA.

Planning to start regimen and had several question.
any other input? dosage, brands, etc?
take meds with breakfast?
b12-methyl vs cyabo?
Thanks!

Brands don't matter as near as much as reading labels. Some labels with say the label dose is two tablets or capsules. Some like the expensive brands but many find the house brands like VitaCost do fine.

As I stated in the comment pasted from my PM reply, B-12 in the methyl form is best. Magnesium that is not mag oxide is an important bit of information to get from the label.

What is more important is to get started rather than put off starting until you define the best possible brands, etc. The vitamins sticky has good info and a link to a more recent updated version of the regimen.

If you want to look into brands- www.labdoor.com has listings.
You can see which are the better rated and decide for yourself.

I would suspect the very cheap brands, might have more fillers, impurities , and a lower quality of ingredients..but that is just my thought on it.
