Do/don't eat or drink!!!!

Hello,

I passed through alot of posts that is talking about things to avoid to eat that might worsen MG and thing that is helpful..also natural staff that could help along with chemical drugs to manage MG.
It will be great if we make this post like a collective one for new members "like me" :)

Thanks a lot

Info

As I mentioned in my reply on my thread, I have just started researching stuff about MG.

Your comment about foods is very interesting. Here is one of my first finds.

I cannot post links yet, but check the Myasthenia Gravis Foudation of Illinois. You can Google for their address.

Regards,

Hi Bebo,
For newbees like you, you should consult the "Useful sites for Myasthenia Gravis" located just above the thread list in the front page.
I extracted one link for medications to avoid for MG'ers:

Feel free to add any good links and information about food/diet to the useful sticky thread.
It is for important information that will be helpful for new members.

It is best to only add the info to the stickys to keep them concise and easy to find things, any discussion can be in the main MG topic section.
