Good info David. I saw my friend yesterday and she's taking the grapeseed/resveratrol combo from costco and she's doing good with it, but she's not taking enough, so told her that. Bottle says 1 softgel two times per day and she has been taking 1 per day. She may also NOT be taking enough Vit D...seems to me she mentioned 1000 iu's daily so I have a call into her and will mention it. She gets no sun. Again bodyweight has been be taken into account and she's NOT thin.

I take about 1-2000 IU a day of D3, but am trying to up it, and if I could tolerate more, I would take 5000 IU daily easy.
