Does anyone take choline?

Wondering if anyone has tried choline for autonomic dysfunction?
Thinking of trying it instead of mestinon. Eating lots of eggs and nuts isn't cutting it.

Healthgirl, I take inositol daily and have it in my sleep combo too. I often take a choline/inositol combo capsule. I've read where they need each other. Don't know for sure but I take the combo and inositol alone.

I never thought but inositol could help with the nerve issues too. I did take Inosine for 3 months as I've mentioned before and it got rid of my BURN issues. Took Sphingolin with it. Don't know if I needed both but that's what I did. I've been taking Inositol for years....a good CALMER.

Inositol is one of the supplements that is supposedly helpful with nerve pain. Primarily, it increases blood circulation. I take it, but of all the things I take, it seems to be the least helpful. I personally am not sure if it does much. It may need to be taken in very high doses to have the optimal effect. the clinical studies on it are less than impressive as well.

I talked about Inositol on another health group and some took higher doses thru the day. Why not try a little more, 3-4 500mg caps for a while or every other day...I do dosing like that..take more one day and less another day. It may calm one too much depending on one's bodyweight, maybe....

Why do you prefer choline over the mestinon ?

Because it is a harsh drug. I have a very low tolerance.
